Join us for an inspiring and interactive webinar titled "New Year, New Mindset", hosted on Facebook Live and YouTube Live on Monday, January 20th, at 6:00 PM.

This webinar will feature a motivational session, New Year, New Mindset, presented by Dr. Rosalyn Moore, Health Psychologist followed by an engaging Vision Board Activity.  Together, we’ll set the tone for a productive and purposeful year ahead!

Materials Needed for the Vision Board Activity

  • Poster board or thick paper
  • Magazines or printed images
  • Scissors
  • Glue sticks or double-sided tape
  • Markers, pens, and/or colored pencils
  • Stickers or other decorative items
